Ultimately the decision is based on a combination of what the city allows your to do, desired aesthetic, and your budget.

Knowing whether you can get that depends on your exact location, the aesthetics of your interior, whether there's parking, and the other amenities in your building. 

What's good for me might night be something your comfortable with but that's the beauty of Real Estate investing you control your own destiny!! 

When a house is no longer on the market it's a beautiful thing... because you have zero competition.

Many want to live like Jordan Belfort with a gorgeous wife, unlimited beautiful women at a whim and all the travel time and pleasures we could imagine within a few short years but that just isn't realistic; if you want to be successful with your investments then YOU need to sacrifice and plan on coming up with your own capital.

Anywhere in Safety Harbor is great - it is a beautiful little town.

One mile to the highway onramps (minimal noise - buffered from the beautiful old growth Oregon white oaks).       

They had a beautiful kitchen cabinet for under $350!
