Hi BiggerPockets,

First of all, let me just say thank you to everyone here at BiggerPockets. I haven't made any deals or anything, but with all this information and resource it feels tremendously less daunting then when I left a "free seminar" last week. I'm beginning to understand the work needed to succeed and you all have made it much more realistic and tangible for me.

Ok, my name is Andres V. Chavarria, Andy for very short, and I've finally found my way to the world of REI. The only experience I have so far is the purchase of my own house last year in November, which I share with my beautiful wife and six year old daughter. I was born and raised way down south in the beautiful dusty border-town of Laredo, TX. If you've heard of us, trust me it's not that bad. I'm a full-time cable field-technician and I've been doing that type of grunt work since thirteen. I'm ready for a major change in my life and investing feels like the right path.

Financially, we are tied up in the house right now. I'm thinking the best action now is to try wholesaling to get in the game and help grow my savings and credit. I would like to then move onto flipping and eventually own rentals. From what I've been reading and researching, I'm highly optimistic and motivated.

I look forward to meeting you all and hope to succeed together.
