I've attended two community meetings and its great that they listen to us and are willing to adjust the codes to help us homeowners. 

We are planning to attend a GaREIA and some other local groups so we'll be showing our faces in the next few months.

Attend as many REIA (Real Estate Investment Association) meetings in your area as you can.

I'm at the Arizona Mortgage Expo 2018, wanted to connect and network with anyone else that's attending! 

My youngest son spent a semester at Kent State (now a Navy SeaBee), another son graduated from Miami of Ohio, and a nephew is currently attending Ohio State. 

I was born and raised in MD and attended the University of Maryland (go Terps!).
