What types of assistance are you looking for (accounting setup, maintaining your books, on-call advisory, etc.)? 

If you are interested in Cobb , Cherokee  or North Fulton I would be happy to assist you.

Not assisting living or nursing home but homes for elderly who just can't keep up with their property and want an apartment and maybe someone there encase they need food and to make sure they take medication and if they just need some help.  

Kere, we're a property management group and would be able to assist if that is something you would like.

It will look nice for a while, but be a pain to maintain later.I would also divert that downspout away from the path somehow.

Hard Money - I was told by the real state agent that he can assist with lining up hard money lenders to at least 'secure' the deal.

There are definitely opportunities to improve your chances of purchasing a property as an agent but you have to remember in California it will cost approximately $5,000 a year to maintain your license.How long have you been a pharmacist? 

However, I did use a program in Baltimore that granted me $15k to go towards down payment and closing cost assistance.
