Courts will sabotage any attempts you take to do your own Evictions, don't ask me how I know that.I understand the process completely, and don't need an attorney, but the courts won't let me get it done on my own, so even I have to hire an attorney.

I'm not a lawyer by any means, but from what I understand; accepting an arbitration clause locks you into using arbitration rather than the usual court system to settle legal disputes.

You should be able to get a hearing in 10 days or so (I believe the Court clerk has to set the hearing within that time frame but that may just be my own district court.)
