Has anyone used these title companies for a 100+ unit apartment complex?

I am shopping for an apartment in Harlem area around 150th and Bradhurst, and I need your opinion in where I can negotiate in terms of monthly rent and commission fee charged by an agent.Below are the facts:-The 1 bed room apartment is listed on Trulia.com for 80 days-Original asking price was $1850 and recently reduced down to $1750.

I'm paying $600/month for my current apartment.

Within the next few years I want to use private lenders, local banks, and money I save from commissions (currently a licensed agent) to buy B to C class apartment buildings.

Our next goal is to buy an apartment building, and I think we can do that under the 1.5mil price range.

You can have all the knowledge in the world, all the contacts and references, but if I can't access you when I need you it doesn't matter.

In the large apartment complex where I live, an optional reserve parking space costs $20 per month.
