How much is a good price for an 8 unit apartment?

The property has 6 individual apartment homes on one lot.

However, full time could come down the road so I certainly want to be a part of a team I can learn from.

I do work a full time job plus a part time gig also and do teach first aid and cpr as another business.

If you go upwards of $200k you can end up in a quad or 6 unit apartment building.Whichever out of state market you choose it's important that you do a few things to ensure it's as smooth as possible.
