I am not advocating for this, just pointing out other options.Bottom line is, there is no one-size-fits-all, cookie cutter answer that will fit your situation, there are only many options for your to choose from, to help you get closer to your goals, based on your specific situation.

David its like anything.. you have a certain amount that will take the training and do nothing with it.. certain amount who will blow the 10k and another 10k in marketing not get the results and quit.. and you have the few at the top.. much like MLM.. 

others see this as just Ra Ra and not very kind to those people since they will blow whatever little capital they have and be further in the hole.Just like the paid for Guru training class's that are talked about..

If wages go up, prices have to go up but it is localized to the areas that people are leaving due to housing costs.I am a big advocate of a free market.  

I am not advocating for this and would actually prefer not to be correct, since I have very low interest rates and no plans to pay off the properties. 

Any illness or accident or job loss can make the whole thing blow up and you don't mention a working spouse to assist is the event that things do blow up.

As you can see lots of people will advocate for "their" choice in cities.
