On average, Americans cannot spend more on rent due to having  little savings(on average).

I was looking to hear from experienced fellows in my area by suggesting what strategies are good for a young adult starting out with a small budget or maybe if i should look out of state.

Unfortunately too many Americans were impacted by unemployment on both sides: renters and landlords.

Inherited a tenant that already had 2 adults and 3 small children living in a small 2b1ba house.

We were fortunate enough to have a tenant approach us that wanted to rent all five units to house the recipients of her non-profit, children that were in the foster care system, but are now adults removed from the system and still need assistance.

This is a potential paradigm shift in the way that the average American travels, spending the entire Summer in a vacation house is no longer for the independently wealthy, now that both Mom and Dad are working remotely and the kids are out of school for the summer the family can head to the lake for the Summer.

Tens of millions of Americans have what could be described as "some heart condition" without it rising to the level of a disability. 

I am an American living in the Netherlands, and will be investing in the Kansas City area this year together with my husband while living abroad.

of course stopping section 8 totally would be a full blown anarchy since so many of our fellow Americans rely on it for basically their entire lives..
