Of course, eventually it'd be nice to live off some passive income via real estate investments, but I actually love my job and am not concerned with needing to quit or put all my eggs into the RE investment basket right now.

Turn key goes vacant you are sucking cash down the drain until you get re-rented.For those who love turn key it's your right to load up on them.

My family and I actually just air bnb a house in Ojai, CA. a few weeks ago where the property owner did the exact same thing.

Right now I see new commercial agents not used to making 80k or 100k a year the commercial broker average and then they are loading up on cars and bigger houses with vacations.
