These are just some:- You can assign your LLC interest that owns the property- You can use transactional funding to close and then sell, the same day you acquired the property (double close)- You can do a joint venture with your buyer and sellerand I am sure the wholesalers on BP can add to the above list.Check with your real estate attorney to ensure everything is being done per the real estate law in your state.
