Good morning BP familyI am pretty new to Real Estate and had a few question about Wholesaling in New York.

Good afternoon. Just wondering if there is any participation on this site from real estate agents/ investors/ contractors in the Upstate NY region. Have not seen much action from residents in this area on this forum.

For a beginner wholesaler in New York, what is the first step I should take and where can I get wholesale contracts?

Nothing crazy that I've seen yet, certainly not to the levels of California and New York nonsense, mostly just making it more difficult to keep security deposits and higher penalties if it's wrongfully withheld, etc. but it does concern me a little for the future if it continues too far in that direction.

@Marcin DymczykHi Marcin, As far as your first question here in New York you will have to find a Real Estate attorney that will handle dealing with any title issues.

I would reach out to them if you are interested in investing in quality real estate without the hefty New York price tag.
