Because I haven't been attending my local REIA meetings, my network has dwindled.  

After reading all the books, listening to the podcasts and attending the Conference I’m excited to finally take action.

I have attended seminars and spent thousands on courses. 

Sounds to me like this is you, and your buddy is bringing his vast construction expertise that he harvested from attending the FB training.

Not to mention, shes attended all networking events that we attend/host and has been able to meet every professional you'd want to meet in a given market.Best of luck to you moving forward and thank you for your service to our country and its citizens!

I would recommend attending a few (or many) BiggerPockets webinars!

I have some wholesale meetups to attend this week so I will present it to others and hopefully connect with some contractors that specialize in this area.

Denver is an amazing place to network and attend educational events, however I often find myself in scheduling conflicts and definitely feel like I can not take full advantage of these opportunities.  

If I don’t hear from you in the next 10 minutes, I will assume you aren’t attending and I will move on to my next appointment.Using this system as dramatically reduced any wasted time I used to endure as part of the showing process as well as giving me data about their timeliness/responsiveness/respect for others' time.I'm  of the philosophy that showings are where you see your tenant on their best behavior.
