I mean, I understand the job from his side of things, but it doesn’t really feel like he’s on my side here, it feels like he’s just in it to get paid (in his defense, he’s quite experienced & one of the top agents in the region, which could be part of the problem, he cares more about being the agent who closed the most deals than about actually helping clients.

ThanksJim, each state/region has different cost per sq/ft for rebuilding properties, so these are just ballpark figures,Apartment grade cost per sq/ft is around $90-$100 per sq/ft, Single Family home is more around $125-$150.

I've read some of the Dayton CAFR and it says the Dayton Region experienced recent employment growth since 2013, until a reversal in the fourth quarter of 2018 through the first quarter of 2019.
