Hello BiggerPockets community,I was referred to this community by a local real estate investor in Colorado.

I ended up getting lucky and finding this one on zillow.The biggest problem I'm seeing is that everyone in my area wants close to retail price for fixer uppers - and people are paying it.

I see a bunch of people in Boston and South of Boston on this forum and was wondering if there is anyone North of the city.  

Hoping that I can get tips on any of the following questions so that I get best put my nerves at ease.

There is a lender willing to refi cash out the property right know, should I take this lender offer, or would it be better to go to a local Credit Union or Bank and have them run the numbers?

new to this and just looking for some advice guess i really i don't no where to start so any advice is appreciated bought my first house in may and thing seem to be going well so far its more of a boarding house / house hacking roommate situation with people i know for the moment plan on doing some things to up the equity but am limited on funds i know the neighbors house just sold for a bit more then i paid for mine so that's a plus and mine is nicer and in better shape i have almost no debt for the most part except the current mortgage on said house don't make much from my day job less then 3k a month after taxes and have good credit. i guess i just really need to know where to start should i be starting a LLC or something similar?

I believe QB Online does this too but most clients still use MileIQ.
