Lending Question about REFI
Question, if you have loan, interest bearing only, the loan has the Contruction loan that has not been paid out yet. The Contruction part of the loan still has not been paid out fully. There is a lender willing to refi cash out the property right know, should I take this lender offer, or would it be better to go to a local Credit Union or Bank and have them run the numbers? I am not sure if I would be able to get a better loan from a harder lender or credit union/bank?
