You could potentially market your air bnb to soldiers transitioning in between duty stations.  

Here in Utah, if we completely update and renew all electrical and plumbing along with othe rmajor house systems like Heating and Air, etc, we get to claim "Effective Year Built".

Investors are eating them up.I think it will be easier to find the deals a little further out- Lebanon, Murfreesboro, Spring Hill, Hendersonville, etc. 

The first 3 of those make up the bulk of the calls.We currently have 12 houses, and except during turnover, which is usually in spring or summer, we get very few calls. 

Air b&b : STR This however, they progressively moved into as they created more capital, wealth and experience. 

We have a lot of buyers looking for second homes in Denver and Colorado Springs that they use as a short-term rental when not there.
