Personally in your shoes I wouldn't by new construction unless you are getting a 4 bed 2 bath at that price with 1900 sqft.

Hi David,I was in your shoes a couple of years ago. 

One is a row of 5 garages, the other is a row of 4 storage units.

Whether its a storage complex, 16 unit Multi, 31 unit fully lease boat storage complex...etc.

If not you likely don't have possession of the property and cannot legally remove personal items.If it were me in your shoes, I'd have them leave the keys with someone you know or trust there.
