Old Tenants son, potential squatter...

Old tenants son has junk left in our yard, furniture left in the house and has his work truck left in our driveway.  The tenants have moved out but son was suppose to be cleaning out the house and yard but hasn't and he had till the end of Jan.

Any tips on how to go about having his items removed w/o having to pay out of pocket for removal? We do not live in the same state and will have to buy a plane ticket to get there & take leave from work.

Thanks!
