When you sell the house, given that it will have been vacant for an extended period of time, is there anything I should be aware regarding testing and requirements for the septic system?

And as I mentioned in my post a few years down the road I decided to extend the building.

Ideally all the land around your home would be sloped away from your home and ALL of your down spouts would be extended either above or under ground to divert the water as far away from your home as you can.

You will have to test and prove that the sensor was faulty and not in fact something you did, for example stop under the door for extended period of time.

Or take an extended leave (say 3 months) to test out full time investing and see if you enjoy doing that?
