We closed on a four plex in April, followed by a 62 and 67 unit with the same agent.Why is this “small” 33 unit life changing?

Every state has a state corporations portal where you can set up an LLC in five minutes on your own for like $100, but also what @Nathan Gesner said: why are you setting up an LLC now?

Put them on as a minority member of your business entity/ LLC and you'll have no problem using their funds with just about any lenders.

We renovated most of the house over the last 6 months and just made it active on Airbnb April 2024.

I have been investing in the central Pennsylvania market since 2016, mostly focused on Harrisburg, PA (midtown, uptown and the suburbs), Carlisle, PA and surrounding areas.  

Currently getting my real estate license to help me out on investing.

I invest in OOS properties so just curious on what the benefit would be.

With a small number of properties cash-flow is VERY inconsistent, especially depending on how you define it.
