Hey Sophie,A regular bank won't lend more than 80% LTV so your 30k can buy you a 150k house and your 100k credit gives you lots of room to spend.I'd try to use the mentality of "buy like a wholesaler" and find some places in that 150k range that you can bump up over 200k.
