Hello all, I am reading on the real estate investing process and i plan to buy my first property with an FHA loan, however, as i am no one with any experience on rehabbing i have this concern of pricing.So when i find a property and get to the inspection part, i understand they find issues with the house, some which can be minor and others major.

While it is true with owning land and possible ADU in future, I have no plans to add any ADU and land is not important to me.

What is the most difficult step along the journey from "I've got capital, a strategy and a plan" to "I found the perfect deal"?

I go into a multifamily assuming it won't be cash flow heavy for 6-12 months until you finalize your business plan and get it stabalized. 

I’d also like to know what type of timeline were you planning to achieve the completion of the deal by?

I'm planning to post the ADU in Airbnb, FF, and Zillow.
