A few weeks later they called the board of health on me.I review the items from board of health, and they are very ridiculous.Example, stain on the ceiling (need repair), the toilet seat is old and not smooth (need repair), tenant has no access to the basement, I don't post my contact information in the building ... etc.What is your opinion on this matter if you have encountered it in the past?

Set up some calls and find the ones that are experienced, personable and fit your needs.

I own only one SFH and have about 45% equity into it, do you think if I called around enough somebody would work with me? 

I bought a couple of lots in a tax-deed auction, and when I went to sell them a year and a half later, I found that all the title companies I called have new policies that require a person to hold the property for 3-5 years or more before the title was regarded as clear.

They actually declined me at first, but I received a call the next day saying that they could do it.

I do several flips at a time, so it is very efficient and I don't have to call the insurance company every time I buy or sell a property.
