Ideally would like to begin investing at some point locally in Houston (open to area but I live in the north east side), but also looking at Utah (SLC and Ogden areas) as we will be moving there sometime in 2018.  

i got a property under contract in houston yesterday, i started really checking the area out and cruising craigslist and noticed every post was buy a wholesaler, should i be weary of the area or is the market that hot right now?

Closing on a property at the end of the month and need to have the foundation repaired. I've heard that if the property is not occupied it's much cheaper. Can anyone recommend a company that can come on such short not...
