Rates, rates, and rates...once again keep your eyes on rates.

You'll have to keep a watchful eye on the market value of your property if you want to have an up to date and accurate snapshot of your current net worth.

I'm not sure if this will be the area I invest in since Midtown is the hotspot in Detroit right now, but I'm definitely going to keep a close eye on things.

As an investor, consider viewing the house through the eyes of a prospective buyer.  

I'll try to keep it short... essentially, I've been eyeing the Summerlin Las Vegas NV area for quite a long time.

You may someday have to decrease your rents, and then again, thinking positively, raise rents.So I would just relax, make your tenants happy, but also staying firm when needed, take care of repairs when needed, and keep your eye on your Profit and Loss Reports by class and you will know when to make changes.  

We live in Arlington and are keeping our eyes open for a deal that will work but haven't found one yet.

I recently went to a workshop and it really opened my eyes and lite a fire under me.
