I have found many insurance agents don't quite understand flood insurance, only shop one option either government or private flood  and are writing policies incorrectly (I offer a free review of anyone's policy) I just want to make sure everyone that needs flood is covered as best they can so when they GOD forbid have to file a claim they don't discover that the policy was not exactly what they thought they had.

I won't allow personal checks because it can take up to 10 days before I find out the check bounced.When I hit a tenant with a 3-day Pay or Quit, I serve it through the Sheriff and it costs $50.

So ... if they're saying they'll sign a quit claim deed, is it also correct to assume that you don't have a title company doing the title work for you then issuing title insurance?
