This can result in increasing fogging, energy costs, and noise.

While I realize we are each the star of our own life, it always cracks me up the people who think the government/landlord/(insert nefarious evil entity) is "spying" on them. 

It was one of the most simple and yet persuasive arguments I've heard in my ten years of following the emergence of clean energy technology, energy efficiency, and the fight for environmental issues while balancing regulation.

I’ve found that it really helps to spend that energy in making connections in your community.

None of that matters unless you find a deal and you will just be spending time, mental energy doing research that you cannot use yet.There are many many ways that you can go about finding deals.

For example, if you go on bankrate and see that ABC Mortgage has 4 star reviews, that's because ABC is a paid advertiser, and bankrate filters out all the 1-3 star reviews and only posts the 4+ star reviews.
