The only difference is I feel I contribute to the community, through their services.  

Because it's not something I've ever need me across before and I wasn't sure if this was something that comes up when (insert some type of abnormal situation to watch out for here) Excellent contribution though.

I do not expect to establish this relationship without contributing to it.

Timeline, income generated from rent, closing costs, etc. all contribute to the bottom line.

Heard lots of good things about BiggerPockets and hope to contribute as I grow.

The 50/50 contribution is easy to say, but when you get to the nickle and dimes, it gets a little tricky.

I love my job, so I'm not trying to quit, my motivation is to supplement retirement and to have more to contribute to church work.
