Hi there im Diego im a beginner in REI..Well i found a lead driving for dollars property had for sale by owner so i called but actually a realtor answer..I ask what the reason the owner selling the property and what conditions the inside of property where..she said the owner bought house for him and wife but now going thru divorce and wants to sell..Bathroom and kitchen need work and some paint owner also now has tenants in the property but they are aware of situation and ready to move out when needed..owner is willing to take cash offer and put under contract if price is right.this is where i need some advice they want to schedule a time i can go inspect the inside of property but they would need proof of funds i had told her im an invester how would i go bout that?
