I rented a new house to some bankers (young) who were responsible with their pet but guess what......forgot to leave the utilities on for a full cleaning.

Do they have a long history of a stable job that can be garnished if you get an award in your favor??

Ask your banker - they usually do drive-by appraisals on HELOCs

If you are looking to buy 4+ units, it gets more expensive and complicated, typically you would need a commercial banker.
