Flips in St Pete, Florida
Hi,
I'm a NJ Realtor and my husband is a window and siding contractor. We have rentals, and have done a few flips in NJ. Recently, we purchased an investment home in Dunedin, Fl and we have had success with it so far. We would like to pursue flips in St Pete, but living in NJ we are worried about finding flips that have value, and trustworthy contractors. Ideally, we would like properties that are not total guts. We would like properties that we can live in for a month or two while we work on them. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
