@David M Trapani i read the news. i cant believe bakersfield made in to the list. its a joke. i remembered when my sister bought a place a long time ago. then the big 2008 RE crashed.

The good news is after our monthly expenses we have a couple roommates that are going to completely eliminate any these expenses with their rent to us. 

What I need is action, which I’m working on, and a circle of like minded investors(this joining pro).
