There is nothing wrong with wholesaling. 

If you wanted to refi your primary to get a lower interest rate anyway, nothing wrong with going that route either.

Btw the reason you're finding contradictive information is because there is no right and wrong way to invest as long as you're making money, so no one is going to agree on anything 100% of the time. 

Don't get me wrong, I'm a realtor, so I love to list and sell houses.

So I hired an attorney because this is my first eviction and the timing was all wrong, the attorney left the US for 2 weeks and the court hearing was yesterday, took 4 hours because the city systems were all malfunctioning and Magistrate wasn't able to see our paperwork.

If you have to call 100 200 800 people to make ONE deal, isn't it OBVIOUS you are sending your message, tot he WRONG AUDIENCE.Absentee owners, Foreclosures, Job Loss, Relocations, Tax liens...

That said if the real estate is sold out of the LLC, that is not necessarily wrong.
