Could be a win - win situation. 

I would take this as a win because even if the tenant removes the Ring bell after they leave you can install another one and this is a value add when showing the unit to prospective tenants. 

I am all for creating a win-win situation.  

Sometimes you win, and sometimes you learn. 

If there was a contest to calculate the ARV on a property most accurately (selling for retail) out of a group of investors and the prize was $1 million cash... how would ensure you would win the contest?
