A well written lease with sufficient details sets expectations for both parties.On one hand I am worried about this issue but I am more worried about what else may happen with such a wide open lease.I am actually thinking of giving each tenant some incentives - rent credit, or a no increase at lease renewal time, a new flat screen TV or something, to switch over to my lease, NOW.

Tell him you're concerned for his health and would like to offer him the ability to break lease without penalty, but only if they do so in the next 30 days.Tell him you suspect that some of the...over-collecting... of personal items may in part be contributing to a lack of proper air flow in the room, also that these personal items make it very difficult to assess the entire residence for a wide spread issue. 

In fact, one sold for more than 430k 2 years ago.Here is our question, is it worth buying a home like this that has neighbors with such wide economic disparity?

The allotted space is 48" wide and undercounted 35" tall.

I have purchased some 10 acres in Texas and it has a single wide mobile home (1250 sq ft) on it.
