My name is Khadija everyone calls me Dee. I am currently in Charlotte, NC originally from Cleveland, OH. I am happy to have found a site with such a wide array of information and people willing to help and network with each other. I did rental properties for about 2 years in Cleveland before getting rid of everything and moving here to Charlotte. I am starting new and want to get as much information as possible to build my own business and become independent of a 9-5. I am interested in many different aspects such as rental property, wholesaling, flipping and some other parts I have heard about to see what would be the best route for me to concentrate on.
