I met Brad in Vegas a few weeks ago at CrowdConverge and looking forward to checking out his event. 

Vacancy period between tenants is 1-2 weeks and they typically stay 2-3 months.

So due to this recent windstorm in our area, 2-3 shingles are missing from my roof.Similarly, this corner board has come loose from the siding and needs to be screwed/nailed back and caulked.Question is, we are expecting some rain later part of this week.

Also, I took trip up to the capital Region last week. 

I happened to have met Marco Santorelli (Norada) at a conference last week, and he's definitely a straight up guy...can't go wrong with them either. 

Perhaps a bit premature for celebration...but after three weeks of negotiations I am pleased to say we have our first multi-family apartment complex under contract.

If 10 strangers were to reach out to you every day/week and you had x-amount of time to dedicate to them, which ones would you chose and why? 

I've been with an agency for about two weeks now, it takes longer to get everything signed, filed, and up and going being I'm part time.
