I made a forum post asking about how to get started in real estate as a student with a virtually 0 budget.I do have a camera and some gear, though.

I run 3 REI Zooms a week (2 in NJ virtually) where new and old investors talk towns, deals, etc.

Located in the Seacoast area a plus, but anywhere in NH works since things are mostly done over the phone / virtual these days!

Hoping to find an in person or virtual meet up in the Waukesha or Milwaukee WI area.

Most are virtual now-a-days and it’s a great way to connect with like-minded people.

I agree with CIREIA, others are INREA, Indy Investor Podcast (they are starting virtual meetups), Redevelop Indy/ the CEO nation,  also my favorite FB group is Indianapolis Out of State Investors - they post different meetups there.
