A couple notes based on the photos...The bath doesn’t seem to have a shower in it and the basement looks like it would have to have pretty low ceilings in order to be finished.

There are 4 electric meters in the listing photos, which means there's a house electric bill that you'll be responsible for.My back-of-the-envelope math puts you at ($600-700)/month cash flow.

Professional photos would be like $100 and would be well worth your money.

I would recommend you have a contractor walk through the property let him give you a estimate of repair in writing with photos.

A better option is to make a list and take photos.

You are a LONG LONG way from closing, an agent does more than unlock a door for your to look at a house.
