  • I second @Tchaka Owen's thoughts.
  • What's the "other" $500 of income you have listed?
  • You're also forgetting water/sewer.
  • What about snow removal?
  • There are 4 electric meters in the listing photos, which means there's a house electric bill that you'll be responsible for.

My back-of-the-envelope math puts you at ($600-700)/month cash flow. That's negative.
