@Brandon Pierpont All of the management software out there has some sort of "reoccurring" event triggers and in the last couple of years there was a software called Property Meld that came out but that was built more to create efficiencies in the typical work order process.

Generally, the city code allows for up to a 12-inch lift without triggering issues with the historic preservation part of the code (because modern foundation have, among other things, mudsills, which end up being taller than old brick foundations).

Banks don't like lending to LLC's you will need to go out to a private lender or buy in your name and transfer to the LLC but be careful of that as it could trigger due on sale clause.
