I am using a high level professional with a good reputation but I am concerned they are just too busy and the underlings don't get it done right.For those that have complicated returns what is the accepted amount of material errors to see in a tax return? 

It isn't bad or good, it all depends on a persons goals and level of involvement, or lack of involvement, that they want. 

So I️ have a trust of deed, it’s recently paid in full.

I talked to someone from Inc Authority who told me that the best way to structure a real estate investment business is to form an irrevocable trust at the top level.

On some level you need someone to data enter but on the other you need someone who is knowledgeable about construction to help you make the allocations between capital repairs and expenses.

The main 1st duplex has been painted on the outside, the lower level has the new windows installed, both units have brand new high effenciency furnaces and a/c, which the upstairs never had duct a/c always window units.

I would be looking right now for a title company because thats not something you want to find at the last minute(trust me).

In my opinion, it's not bad if you don't mind the added headache.Few other options are a Trust, LLP, LLC owned by your LLC and your Partner's LLC.I strongly recommend that you consult with a lawyer.

Learn the neighborhoods and work with someone you can trust and you can do well out of state.
