A lot of people are scared of SE DC, but I am confident that with major projects planned like the trolley, and gentrification slowly creeping in my direction, the value of my property will go up significantly.  

Finding BP was such a great help in boosting my knowledge and confidence.

The combination of the forums and the podcasts have taken me from completely terrified to confident that I can be successful in REI.

I've been doing some traveling over the last few weeks and I'll say our market is not HOT or COLD. 

All the fences and travel restrictions in the world won't stop it if that happens.  

What would you do if, while traveling in a faraway land, you happened across an abandoned city? 

He would have been more inclined to make a more confident decision and close.
