Once i locate owner names i skip trace the owner find their current address and phone number, I usually like to just give them a ring but often times ill follow the phone call up with a yellow letter or postcard if i cant get them on the phone.

B- neighborhood.Owner's son called whose parent owned the property, but is now ill and incapacitated.

I live in Naperville, ILL and been in construction business for 16 years.

I''ll be raising the MTM tenant's rent and singing them onto an annual lease after a two month probation time to make sure they're a good fit.

She could have moved out, or if worse, fallen ill inside her room, and I wouldn't know. 

I don't shy away from work, Ill grind with the best of them but being totally honest I feel like I waste so much time running into road blocks.
