It is cash flowing and I have not had any real problems, but I have learned that even though I made an offer under asking and it got accepted, it was still over priced.

If you plan to do deals in existing mobile home parks, it's best to focus on learning how to establish relationships and build rapport with park managers and/or owners.

Books, podcasts, blogs are all great ways to get started learning.  

I would love the chance to meet with, sit down and get to learn the application parts of the wholesaling process, as this is what I'm currently invested in learning to start to do myself. 

Obviously, this can impact your overall cash flow. 6) it’s important to find an agent that knows the area well and understands how to work with an investor, as the process is very different than buying a primary residence. these are all things to consider, and there is going to be a learning curve associated with the process.
