As far as building goes that may be a little tough as well if looking to do it in Heights or Museum District, those areas get pretty pricey, not too mention the competition.

Be careful how this is structured because if you need to spend 30k on repairs and they don't pay out until its all done that's maybe a tough spot you've put yourself in.Hopefully you're agent is being proactive in finding other agents who know what they are doing with FHA homes.Good luck

(I imagine those demos are the biggest consumers of co-working space), but I wonder if there is a niche in the suburbs as there are tons of freelancers, solopreneuers and work from home types out here.Most of them are setting up shop at Starbucks, but it's tough to do meetings, conference calls, etc. there because of noise/lack of privacy.
