If the real estate agent has a reasonable expectation that you may at some time in the future use them for the sale or purchase of property, they may go out of their way to find a good one for you.Another tip.  

The trick to being a good landlord is exactly what @Jeff Cantrell said, find a price that meets your standards as well as the tenants.
