For $2K, your ante to play, you have now entered the wild, wacky world of notes.If you understand the collateral and the legal aspects of debt enforcement and possession, you'll have a good solid investment and eventually, a good return.

thanks for the advise I also do the caveman style lol it leaves a paper trail with issues with technology sometimes malfunctioning  I find paper more useful with certain things completed on my computer.

That totally makes sense from a resell aspect because someone would have probably scooped up earlier.

I think many investors look back at their first purchase and have aspects of it where they say "What was I thinking?"

I am currently doing as much as I can to learn more about multiple aspects of REI focusing on Buy and Hold Investing. 

It is great to be doing research on all aspects of your purchase, just like you are. 

We work with investors in varied aspects of real estate.

But once I have been working for a year as a leasing agent, I would then start looking into other aspects of investing,  such as buying and selling.
