It is a huge tech hub with major companies like Intel, Amazon, and Google shifting here.

I'd suppose if they could afford the pots and pans with a sort of advanced tech mindset then it'd be a plus to the buyers.

Of course, my spreadsheet just has the data in it.I use my car primarily for business, so when I have a trip that is NOT business related, I go and flag the trip as not deductible.While low-tech is cheaper and works for some folks, I just won't do it if I have to manually track the trips.

My two boys still have 13 more years before applying for college and the investor in me hopes they both go to Georgia Tech since it is one of the best schools in terms of "value for money". :)

While newspapers might seem old tech, I would think a campus-specific newspaper might be worth a look.
